Privacy Policy
We do not sell, transmit or pass on any of your order/personal
details (especially email addresses) to any third party
companies, without your express permission.
Availability
All products sold are subject to availability. If an item is out
of stock, when ever possible, you will be advised within 24
working hours.
Guarantee
All products have a 12 months manufacturers guarantee. Where a
product develops a manufactures fault within 28 days of receipt,
we will exchange it for a new one.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are 9.00am 5.00pm Monday to Friday. (Saturday
deliveries are also guaranteed). Most deliveries require a
signature upon receipt.
Returns
If you have to return any product please call or e-mail for
assistance. All refunds or replacements will be dealt with
expediently. In the event you have to return any item, whether
faulty or not, it is the customer's responsibility for the safe
return of all goods with original packaging. We recommend using
fedex express
RETURN POLICY
All items are brand new unless otherwise stated and come with a
manufacturers warranty as stated above. Any problems arising
with your purchase must be reported on receipt, and returned to
us immediately. If the item is faulty or dead on arrival (DOA)
the item will be replaced. Refunds will only be issued if a
replacement is not available.
We will not refund any postage costs unless we are certain the
item you received was faulty when we sent it, and will only
replace / refund items that are returned to us in the exact
condition they were sent with original packaging and a note
explaining the problem along with your username, item number and
contact telephone number.
All of our items are security marked to prevent fraudulent
claims, so please ensure any faulty or incorrect returns are the
same item you originally received. Fraudulent claims will result
in prosecution.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Our postage and packaging includes insurance which covers for
loss, damage and theft during transit. Fast dispatch is our
priority and orders are shipped daily, usually within 24 hours
of cleared payment. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you
as soon as it becomes available.
PAYMENTS TERMS
Discount is guaranteed for sales of products in large quantities
i.e from three units up. We receive payment via Western Union
Money Transfer, Money gram Transfer and Bank Transfer for Bulk
Purchase.
